Spiral welded steel tubes are steel pipes that are produced by joining the arc in the spiral form and completely by sub powder welding method. Throughout the production line pipes are regularly tested: The finished product is cut off in standard or customer-requested dimensions by automated plasma machine. Depending on customer requirements, the inner side of the pipes are painted with epoxy paint to withstand corrosion for many years and while the outside is previously painted with dry paint, then covered with polyethylene material. The internal insulation of the pipe meets EN 10289, external insulation meets TS 5139 and DIN 30670 standards.

PE 100 pressure pipes are widely used for the construction and rehabilitation of water and gas pipelines. "Azertexnolayn" LLC produced PE pipes by professionals and experienced professionals using advanced technology within the range of standard measuring ratio SDR41 - SDR6 interval and internal pressure resistance in the range of PN4-PN32 by using high quality PE100 raw materials. These pipes were tested in a special laboratory accredited and equipped with modern equipment and quality controlled. The standard length of our pipes was possible to provide at any size depending on the order. The operation time of these pipes is minimum 50 years. HDPE pressure pipes produced by “Azertexnolayn” LLC have been specially selected for quality advantages and export potential in our region. As evidence, our product was already exported to several foreign markets within short period of time.

Corrugated polyethylene pipes (corrugated pipes) were both produced as double or triple at “Azertexnolayn” LLC enterprise. Corrugated Double Tubes shall be applied in the diameter range of 150DN-600DN and our triple pipe production is basically applied 500DN-2400DN diameter range. High-density polyethylene (HDPE) containing inner layer, an intermediate layer consisting of steel and adhesive polyethylene, high-density polyethylene (HDPE) outer layer providing a smooth appearance in triple pipes were provided lowering of the product`s prime cost and increasing of exploitation period.  Preparation of the product with raw materials with superior technical properties gave special advantages to these pipes. The output of our products to foreign markets and gaining a high degree of sympathy is a clear evidence of this.

Gate valves are applied to hot and cold water systems, non-flammable flows at the acidic and non-alkaline environment. It is suitable for underground and surface installation. Two-way flow is possible. It has a remote control system.

Butterfly valve is used at drinking water networks and water supply lines. It is suitable for underground and  surface installation.  Other parts of sealing rubber providing density  can be changed without disassembly. It can be controlled through the special reducer.

Dismantling pieces shall perform an easy installation and disassembling of valves. It has ± 25 mm of movement ability.
