With JIT (just-in-time) delivery capabilities and other delivery and stocking programs, B&B Manufacturing^® can produce custom and standard inch (U.S.) timing belt pulleys fast. For custom needs, we can modify any stock timing belt pulleys, and we have the engineering and design capabilities to manufacture custom timing belt pulleys to meet your specific needs from scratch.

With high-quality timing pulley stock available off the shelf, B&B Manufacturing provides fast and economical production of timing pulleys for custom and prototype applications. That means whether you have a unique need that can`t be met with standard pulleys or require a quickly machined pulley for a low-risk, high-reward prototype, we`re here to help. We stock lengths up to 12", but can accommodate longer lengths and custom tooth counts. And with bar stock available in aluminum and steel, we can machine pulleys to meet any material or performance requirements. Our bar stock is available in metric and U.S. (inch) sizes.

Powerhouse HTD pulleys have the first generation of curvilinear tooth profiles. They are designed to be fully compatible with the older HTD® standard tooth profiles which includes B&B Manufacturing`s® Powerhouse® HTD® belts. These drives are also designed to handle a wide range of belt speeds and generate virtually no friction. The steel and iron versions of these industry standards have larger load capacities than their aluminum or plastic counterparts due to the higher strength and firmness of steel and iron. Powerhouse® HTD® pulleys are offered in 3 mm, 5 mm, 8 mm, and 14 mm pitches. Powerhouse® HTD® pulleys are offered with inch minimum plain bores, metric minimum plain bores, QD® bushings, or Taper-Lock bushings. They are also offered in aluminum or steel.

B&B Manufacturing provides idler pulleys, idler wheels and idler sprockets with precision manufacturing in several styles and sizes for custom and standard applications.

B&B Manufacturing stocks poly-V belt sheaves in black oxide coated steel for 6 groove, 10 groove, and 16 groove J section Poly-V belts. In addition, B&B Manufacturing can also produce custom poly-V belt sheaves to match anyone`s specific applications and are engineered for rigorous use, long life and minimal maintenance.
