Level Transmitters
Babbitt - Model ABM Series - Ultrasonic Level Transmitter
The Babbitt ABM Series Ultrasonic Level Transmitter allows simple and reliable non-contact level measurement of fluids in a tank, sump or other container. The microprocessor-controlled circuit generates a pulse that is transmitted from the transducer face. This pulse is reflected back from the surface of the liquid. The `round trip` transit time is then converted into the current output, which is directly proportional to the fluid level.
Babbitt - Model Radar - Liquid Level Transmitters
RADAR level transmitters allow simple and reliable non-contact level measurement of fluids in a metal tank. The microprocessor-controlled electronics transmit a 6.3 GHz electromagnetic pulse at the fluid`s surface, which is then reflected back to the antenna. The `round trip` time of flight is then calculated to determine the fluid level in the container.

Babbitt - Model LG-Series - Liquid Level Gauge
The Babbitt LG-Series magnetic level gauge consists of a float chamber, a float, and an external indication device. The float chamber is basically a column of 2 1/2 inch pipe with process connections to match those of the storage tank, reactor, drum, column or other equipment where level is to be measured. These connections may be side couplings or flanges, or top and bottom flanges.

Emissions from dust collectors and bag houses has become a major environmental issue. Babbitt has two products which monitor these processes, and assist in reducing the level of dust emissions. The FS10000 Flow Switch is able to alarm and/or shut down a dust collector when a weak filter is detected BEFORE it becomes a major failure and source of dust emissions. With the FT 4100 Flow Transmitter, dust emission levels can be measured with the means to continuously record the emissions data. The FT4100 meets the requirements of EPA Title V parameter monitoring.

The FT4100 is designed to sense dust emissions passing through a filter in a dust collector or bag house. This very sensitive device allows the user to continuously monitor the level of emission, and record the data.

Babbitt - Model LS7000/2 - Dual-Point Level Sensor
The LS7000/2 dual-point RF level switch uses the proprietary radio frequency (RF) balanced impedance bridge. It is specifically designed to automatically fill or empty a tank, vessel or sump. The high and low set points are adjustable over the entire length of the probe. This unit is designed for use in homogeneous liquids.

The MLS-4EX series multi-float level switch is a simple and reliable way to sense fluid levels. This multi-point unit provides a low cost method of monitoring multiple liquid level points inside of a tank or sump. MLS-4EX units are custom length and can be configured with “up to four” independent switch activation levels.

Babbitt - Model FS10000 - Dust Emissions Flow Switch
The FS10000 is designed to detect the flow of dust, granular or powered materials in a pneumatic conveying line or chute. This flow switch is espacecially suited to detect the flow of dust resulting from a ruptured filter bag in a bag house or dust collector.
Babbitt - Model PM 1 & PM 1 PRO - Dust Emissions Monitors & Broken Bag Detectors
The PM 1 and PM 1 PRO are single-point/basic functionality dust particulate monitors, employing charge induction sensing for reliable continuous monitoring of dust particulate in stacks, ducts and pipes. Applications include filter leak detection, cyclone overflow and powder flow/no flow.
