Integrated Brine Tank and Filtration System: Equipped with an under-machine brine tank that supplies the injector, with excess brine filtered and recirculated back into the tank for efficient operation. Bone-In or Boneless Capability: The machine is designed to efficiently handle both bone-in and boneless products, offering versatility for various processing needs. Advanced Parameter Control: Easily adjust variable injection parameters such as injection head speed and brine pump pressure, allowing for any value within the machine’s range. Conveyor speed offers 3 or 4 preset settings, depending on the model, to ensure optimal performance tailored to your specific needs. Needle Configuration: Each needle socket can be fitted with a single, double, triple, or quadruple needle, allowing customization based on specific needs.

BAK - Batch Smoke Houses
Durable, Fully Welded Chamber: The fully welded chamber provides a significant advantage in the smoking process by ensuring no leakage over time. This design maximizes durability and enhances the overall smoking performance. Flexible Air Handling System: Smokehouses can be designed with either an alternating flap system or a dual fan system which continuously changes the air circulation around the products in the chamber, ensuring an even smoking process. Hot, Cold, or Hot/Cold Smoke Capabilities: Can be equipped to handle hot smoke, cold smoke, or both, making it suitable for a wide range of smoked products, from bacon to smoked salmon. Remote Monitoring and Control: Through a VPN connection, service technicians can remotely access the system's microprocessor, reducing the need for costly on-site service visits and ensuring optimal performance.

Intermeshing Paddles: Features dual intermeshing paddle shafts at different heights that rotate in opposite directions, ensuring consistent and thorough mixing. Vacuum Option: Equipped with a reinforced bowl and airtight top cover, allowing up to 99% vacuum, which enhances protein extraction, liquid absorption, spice and additive distribution, density control, and eliminates air bubbles before emulsification, filling, or forming. Variable speed: Offers precise speed adjustments, allowing the shafts to rotate at any desired speed within the machine's range.
