Balemaster’s EO-series horizontal balers offer an ideal combination of accessories to meet your unique recycling and waste baling requirements. The EO-series line features large feed chute openings and heavy duty construction for tough baling applications.

The Fat Boy horizontal baler integrates Balemaster’s high density baling technology with 40% larger bale size to produce bales that weigh in at over 3,500 pounds – that’s nearly twice as much as conventional bales. As a result, these 58" wide x 43" high bales can increase your productivity and profitability because there are fewer bales to handle which means lower material handling costs. In the same amount of time it once took your lift truck operator to load one container the operator can now finish loading two; halving the trips, halving the fuel, halving the cost.

Balemaster’s HD-60 baler with a specially engineered easy feed manual wire tie system offers an ideal combination of accessories to meet your unique waste and recycling baling requirements. The HD-60 balers are heavy duty, full-eject, horizontal closed-door balers.

The Balemaster CoreMaster core shredder has been engineered for durability, ease of maintenance, and simplicity of operation in mind. It reduces up to 6” cores to smaller “shavings” which is ideal for baling, while at the same time producing minimal dust. The CoreMaster has automated features too, like core presence detection which senses when the core has completed shredding.

The 1400 series quiet shredder has been specially engineered to reduce the noise and dust produced in a corrugated/paper shredding operation. The unit is equipped with multiple slow speed arbors to produce “hand” size pieces that are ideal for high density baling.

The 1500 series floor sweep shredder has been specially designed for shredding signatures and paper scrap that are too large to be pneumatically conveyed without preparation.

Mounted on top of the baler’s feed chute, the fluffer helps prepare paper waste for baling by “fluffing” or conditioning the scrap and distributing it evenly in the baler charging chamber.

Our patented Metering Conveyor eliminates time-consuming hand loading. Waste is fed at a uniform rate to either the baler or shredder. Designed for many “dump and run” applications. Available in 36 and 42 inch width.
