Our portfolio features the successful delivery of our largest diverter damper to date, measuring 6.5 metres in the gas path. Our designs integrate cold shells with thermal insulation for diverters, elbows, and exhaust stacks, ensuring the exterior temperature remains below 50°C, even when exhaust gases exceed 680°C.

We provide guillotine dampers, either electric or manual operated, and fully automated with the option of providing a Seal-Air System independent of the diverter damper. Custom-designed guillotine dampers can also be supplied for many industrial processes other than isolation of gas turbine exhausts.

Minimising Noise & Maximising Performance in Gas Turbine Operations. We specialise in comprehensive acoustic analysis for projects, custom-designing exhaust silencers to meet noise limits. These silencers ensure minimal noise emissions while limiting pressure losses for gas turbines exhausts, inlet filters and other high flow applications. To provide maximum noise control, additional we provide industrial sound barriers as a cost-effective solution for noise reduction from various sources. Provide silencers for gas turbines in the range of 10MW to 500MW, both horizontal and vertical silencer, circular or rectangular.

The unique two-pass design employs a large capacity water heater of wetback design that can be fitted with an all copper calorifier for the delivery of consumable hot water. A wide range of calorifier sizes is available up to 100% of the heater capacity. The Maxitherm hot water heater model HWB is ideal for a variety of industrial and commercial applications such as process heating, commercial building conditioning, amenity blocks, hotels, motels, or any application requiring a combination of heat load and consumption hot water requirements.
