We provide specialist training and assessment services for the rail industry, to clients, sub-contractors, suppliers and our in-house workforce.Our services include Network Rail and London Underground (LUL) training and assessment and general safety training.
BAM Nuttall Graduate Training Scheme
very year we place new graduates on site and allow them to become important members of the construction team. We offer training schemes, working towards membership of professional institutions. ‘Under Agreement’.However before you graduate or even start your university course BAM Nuttall can provide site placements and a chance of sponsorship!
NVQs
BAM Nuttall Ltd has its own NVQ delivery Centre through the Awarding Organisations CAA and MPQC. We are accredited to deliver the following Occupational Qualifications.We deliver these NVQs using the OSAT method which means experienced workers can be assessed on site, whilst carrying out their normal duties. We concentrate on our own employees and those of our sub-contractors.We have an assessment team consisting of 14 full or part time assessors and verifiers delivering 600+ NVQ’s a year, across the UK.
CSCS / CPCS
BAM Nuttall has a target for CSCS cards inline with CECA to achieve a fully certificated workforce. Our training department actively follow up on all new starts, promotions and NVQ achievements to ensure we maintain the maximum certified workforce with the correct card for their position as identified in the table below. CPCS is amalgamated with CSCS and covers the plant operator skills of our workforce.
