C.I.Agent Agent-X is a new generation of smart textiles using embedded oil containment solutions and technology. Agent-X is made of two layers of a geo-textile with C.I.Agent Polymers embedded between the layers. This hybrid creates a filtration fabric that encapsulates hydrocarbons and forces them to unsaturated areas of the fabric. Agent-X is hydrophobic, which allows water to pass through it, and is oleophilic to solidify hydrocarbons upon contact. Laboratory tests have shown great efficiency in removing small suspended oil droplets found in mechanical emulsions making it a stellar performer for oil sheen removal and for final polishing of effluent waters. Agent-X can be used for both land and water oil containment and hydrocarbon filtration.

C.I.Agent Hydrocarbon Flow Filter (HFF) Oil Stop Valve is a secondary containment solution that filters and processes wastewater removing hydrocarbons to a non-detectable level and automatically shuts off in the case of a major hydrocarbon release. All secondary containment systems have to incorporate some type of drainage system to evacuate wastewater. The HFF Oil Stop Valve is ideal for this application as each HFF is designed for site-specific oil containment applications and meets Federal SPCC mandates. HFF flow rates vary by size of filter, vertical or horizontal mount and the head pressure.

The C.I.Agent Hydro Sheen Filter is the ideal filtration device for polishing sheen from indoor or outdoor wastewater discharge operations of portable secondary containment, spill berms, spill pallets and more.

The C.I.Agent Geomembrane Liner is SPCC Compliant for Oil Spill Containment and all your Secondary Containment needs. The C.I.Agent Geomembrane Liner and Oil Filtration Panel Containment Systems for hydrocarbon filtration in sandy or undetermined subsoils, allows storm water to flow through the C.I.Agent Oil Filtration Panel side walls while removing hydrocarbons. In the event of a large spill, the side walls completely solidify and contain the hydrocarbon, keeping it from escaping.
