Green roofs deliver varying levels of benefits to a building, people, the environment, and sustainability. A green roof can be advanced with a solar PV array for renewable energy generation and a blue roof to assist in the prevention of localised flooding for stormwater attenuation.

The sedum system enables green roofs to be installed on structures with very low-weight loadings.

Our Bauderflex system offers an alternative to the specifier on a tighter budget as it uses thinner elastomeric bitumen membranes compared to BTRS and BTRS PLUS.

The Profiled PIR Infill Overlay system incorporates a PIR insulation infill that is cut to match profiled sheet metal and roof structures. The system then adds a BauderPIR FA flatboard insulation and a single ply membrane to complete the overlay solution.

The Bauder LiquiTEC roof systems combine ease of application, fast cure and durability to provide a cold liquid applied waterproofing product second to none. Based on the most advanced polymer chemistry it is suitable for both new build and refurbishment projects and can be used with green roofs. The system achieved an EXT.F.AA rating and European Class Broof(t4) for fire perfromance.

The K5K capping sheet is a 5.2 mm heavy duty, SBS modified elastomeric bitumen membrane with a mineral finish that is fully bonded to the specified underlayer.
