The BE 170-60 unit was developed to process larger volumes of the support slurries used in specialist foundation engineering. An optional undercarriage on the BE 170-60 makes it possible to position the desanding plant directly at the borehole or over the cut trench, while also being used as a protective frame for transport.

The BE 250-60 is a compact plant with rapid installation times. For optimal adaptation to varying site conditions, the sieve can be mounted in longitudinal or transverse position. The plant can be used in a modular system can coupled with a BE 500 large-sized rig.

The desilter unit BDS 85-20-K demonstrates the compact design of the desilters. It comprises a cyclone set with 4” cyclones (4 units) that are arranged in two rows. The unit can be combined with centrifugal pump BP 85 as coupling unit. It is primarily used together with the BE 170-60 in tunneling work and on grab sites. When also used with slurry tank ST 25-H, this results in an optimal system for perfect slurry preparation.

The desilter unit BDS 125-20 demonstrates the compact design of the desilters. It comprises a cyclone set with 4” cyclones (6 units) that are arranged uniformly around a circular distributor head. The unit can be used with centrifugal pump BP 125 as coupling unit. It is primarily used together with the BE 250-60 in tunneling work and on cutting sites. When also used with slurry tank ST 25-H, this results in an optimal system for perfect slurry preparation.

The coarse screen unit GS 425-V is primarily used as a pre-separator in combined large-sized rigs for tunnel construction and cutting projects. For preliminary cleaning, the entire incoming volumetric flow is fed through an adjustable coarse filter. The incline of the coarse filter is adjustable in five stages from 0° to 25°. This enables optimal adjustment of the filter incline to the prevailing soil conditions on site. 

The new series of CMS mixers are compact container plants with an integrated mixer in a stainless steel design, integrated water tank, agitator container and PLC control. The CMS mixers are particularly suited for producing slurries from multiple solid and liquid components in a wide range of applications.
