Middi Q is our latest Barrel Screen. It has a Quick fit Barrel that can be exchanged in 10 mins. This gives the option of having different sized punched plates allowing more varied screening.

The next model up from the Middi is the Majorette. This is our most popular model with the capacity to screen 50-100 tph, which equates to about 60 skips a day of waste.  It can be made into a very efficient recycling station by adding a 3 metre conveyor and 5.5hp blower to allow light over-size material to be removed. Following this with a 6 metre conveyor picking station, complete with a canopy and walk way. Installation of the plant is quoted in the price. We are more than happy to come and ‘walk the course’ and do you a very competitively priced quote.

Innovative 3 way screening in one pass. The Middi Three Way Split separates waste into three different grade outputs. The hole sizes of the screens (and therefore the grade of the output) can be chosen to suit the customers requirements. The Mammoth has a higher throughput with the capacity of processing about-100 tph. The Mammoth has a 14.5m x 2m/barrel length - 6m screen with holes sizes to suit customers needs. The unit is fitted as standard with 3 phase 415 volt drive, 7 ton capacity feed hopper, variable speed belt feed hopper, hydraulic drive and is also available with numerous optional extras to suit specific applications. As with the Majorette, the Mammoth is ideal for use as part of an efficient, cost-effective re-cycling plant.

Picking Lines are made as an aid to sorting your rubbish, they can be as simple as you like, every one is made to customer requirement. A standard picking line is two conveyors The length is determined after we have conducted a site visit, a major plus is that if you are short for space they can be be fitted in at an angle.
