BBCA - Bucket Elevators
Bucket Elevators ensure upward transport of grain in undamaged and economic manner at desired capacity.In addition, pulley is covered with rubber material. The risk of belt slippage and skidding has been eliminated. 100% full capacity operation of the elevator has been ensured. Elevator capacities varies 25 t/h to 800 t/h. In addition elevators in different capacities can be manufactured according to customer demands.
BBCA - Bucket Elevator With Circular Boot
Bucket elevator with circular boot with adjustable round lower boots provide vertical grain carrying at slow speed in order to minimize the mixin of the remains of the previous product. It is ideal for using grain, pulses and feed industry products. Top head is of bimetallic manufacture. The exist replaceable steel or rubber wear plates at the sections where the grain hits and rubs against inside the top head. The motion generated by the motor is transferred to the reducer by means of a V-Belted pulley. The reducer is directly connected to the drive shaft and it has a reversion lock. The drum is coated with rubber to be able to prevent the belt’s skidding and skating.
BBCA - Bucket Elevator
Z Bucket Elevator is begin used to transport products vertically and horizontally from one or more feed points. The transmission is provided through aligned series of buckets, carried by a chain, up one after the other. Chains moves on a simple guide and with no friction and strain. Buckets in elevators with multiple output is unloaded by tipping at the outlets. Optionally, buckets can be antistatic or stainless steel. Products can be transported through horizontal, vertical or inclined configurations without another carrier transfer to another system. Transported products are transfered carefully, without damages and silently.
BBCA - Telescobic Loading Below
Loading bellow is designed to provide dust free flowing while loading bulk materials to trucks, tankers and silobases in sectors of grain, chemistry and construction. By the help of loading below venting of dust which occurs from truck loading silo is prevented. Nescented dust particles are regained by integration of a filter to system.
Cleaning Systems
BBCA - Rotary Drum Sieve
With this cleaning, unwanted substances such as straw, wood fragments, pieces of corn cob, waste etc. will not harm other equipments. Applications like such as rough cleaning, precision cleaning, seed cleaning and grading etc. can be performed for cereal and leguminous seeds. Due to continious rotation, the product flowing is better. It is preciser and lighter than vibro-sieves. Its maintenance is easy. Sieves have self-cleaning feature and it can seperate a very large foreign substances without clogging sieve inputs and outputs.
BBCA - Intake Pit Dust Aspiration System
Pit Dust Aspiration System is designed to prevent the rising dust and its particles while pit is filling by product to harm the environment. Maximum efficiency is provided in this system by the help of minimum energy consuming. The rising dust while filling the pit with the product is aspirated with fans. The particles existing in the absorbed air get stock in filter which helps to clean the air. The clean air is sent to outside. Accumulated dust particles fall from its up-air depot in the filter down to screw with specific haps due to the air pressure. Here the accumulated dust is sending by the screw out of the system to bags.
