BBM Akustik Technologie supplies silencers for water re-cooling systems based on wet or dry cooling, fresh-water cooling or any combinations of these. These silencers are used in cooling towers that work by natural draught or by forced air. Moreover, we provide the design and supply of noise barriers for cooling towers.

Mile-long pipes, that transport gas, represent the major source of noise in many industries. The noise is generated by control valves, compressors or fans located inside of the pipe. To reduce pipe radiated noise efficiently, one must insert an inline silencer into the pipe. This inline silencer must be able to "block" the transmission of both the gas-born noise propagating inside the pipe and the structure born noise propagating as vibration in the pipe wall.

Our advantage of providing complete Blowdown and Condensate Systems is that it ensures an integrated plant, designed to optimize process engineering needs, acoustic requirements, pressure vessel construction standards as well as the statics of the whole system.

A high-quality, double-elastic mounting is easily possible with KSD®-Elements and KSD® Compact-elements. These elements are used where the insulating effect of a single-elastic mounting on rubber or spring elements is insufficient. A typical application would be, for example, where machines are situated above offices, living rooms and bedrooms, or in cinemas and concert halls.
