Indoor Silos Module are used for the storage in buildings of bulk materials such as, for example, grain, flour or pellets. Hot-dip galvanized sheet steel components are standard on these silos but they can also be supplied in stainless steel. The modular system offers a multitude of combination possibilities. All silos can subsequently be increased up to the largest model of the actual range. An external blowing unit complete with tanker flange and pipework, filter box and filter bag can be included in the scope of supply or be retrofitted without problems. The bottom funnel has a conical slope of 60°, the discharge dimensions of 500 x 500 cm and is available with a manually operated shut-off slide. The Module silo is supplied with an inspection hatch, an inspection glass and a steel cover.

Tube Augers are intended for the horizontal as well as for the inclined up to 45° transport of flour, grain, pellets and other bulk materials for the storage, processing and utilization of plant-based raw materials in production facilities.

Proportioning Scales are used for mass dosing of bulk material, such as e.g. grain, flour or grist. The various models are identical in terms of construction, they differ only in their construction size and dimensions. Each proportioning scale is composed of the following main assembly groups: cone funnel with lid, substructure, weighing equipment, elastic connections and closure mechanisms. The proportioning scale is composed of a cone funnel made of steel sheet with welded on flanges, a frame to hold calibration weights and special panels as bearings for the measuring cells. The substructure is made of heavy profile steel and is equipped with floor mounting plates as well as supporting panels for the measuring cells.

Hammer Mills Work with various power outputs. Completely according to requirements - for example, with finely milled feed or feed with a high texture percentage - different sieves are used. Thanks to a special milling control the delivery volume is automatically adapted to the actual material to be conveyed. Which type is used (single, double or parallel mill), is dependent upon the required capacity. At the same time it can make complete sense to install a parallel mill instead of a single large scale mill in order to be able to produce more quickly different recipes or grain sizes of the feed.
