BOW - Model A Series - Intelligent Compact Water Treatment System (ICWT)

Type ICWT-A product is mainly used in the area with high requirements for effluent quality or sensitive to water environment and A/O-MBR process is adopted. The product is a fusion of two second prizes of National Science And Technology Progress Award, including “Membrane integrated wastewater deep purification technology”and“New technology of low energy consumption MBR wastewater recycling”. The main water quality indexes can meet Level IV (TN ≤ 15mg/L) of Environmental Quality Standard for Surface Water (GB3838-2002), Level I-A of Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant (GB18918-2002) and the Reuse of Urban Recycling Water-Water Quality Standard for Scenic Environment Use (GB18921-2002).

BOW - Model B Series - Intelligent Compact Water Treatment System (ICWT)

Type ICWT-B product is mainly used for higher effluent requirements for ammonia nitrogen and organic matters but no strict requirement of TN removal. Adopting O-MBR process, the product is to reach efficient removal of ammonia nitrogen and organic matters. The product is a fusion of two second prizes of National Science And Technology Progress Award, including “Membrane integrated wastewater deep purification technology” and “New technology of low energy consumption MBR wastewater recycling”. The effluent quality meets the water quality standard for urban sewage reuse and the Reuse of Urban Recycling Water-Water Quality Standard for Urban Miscellaneous Water Consumption (GB18920-2002).

BOW - Model T - Intelligent Compact Water Treatment System (ICWT)

Type ICWT-T product is mainly used for low requirements for effluent quality and the traditional A/O + secondary sedimentation is adopted. The product is a fusion of advanced technologies, such as pulse aeration, air lift cycle, efficient clarification, etc. The effluent quality meets Level I-B of Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plan (GB18918-2002).

BOW - Model OWUF Series - External Ultrafiltration Membrane Unit

The OWUF (External Ultrafiltration Membrane Unit), composed of different quantities of external ultrafiltration membrane modules, can be flexibly configured according to the user’s requirement. The unit is equipped with circular water and air distribution structure to effectively control fouling. The product is one of the significant achievements in Major Science and Technology Program for Water Pollution Control and Treatment during “the 12th Five-Year Plan” and has been awarded with the New Technology and New Product in Zhongguancun, the Beijing New Technology and New Product and so on. It has been successfully applied in the world’s largest Gaobeidian reclaimed water projects (1 million m³/d), and becomes the milestone for ultrafiltration membrane unit applied to the reclaimed water field in China. Meanwhile, the single unit (1.25 million m³/d) is the largest one in China.

BOW - Model RF Series - Hollow Fiber Microfiltration Membrane Module

Hollow Fiber Microfiltration Membrane Module, as the core component of MBRU(Membrane Bioreactor Unit), is composed of the fiber reinforced microfiltration (RF) membrane that is self-developed by OriginWater. The membrane, featured with special cross-sectional structure with gradient network and uniform surface pore size distribution, is one of the significant achievements in Major Science and Technology Program for Water Pollution Control and Treatment during “the 12th Five-Year Plan”. Due to its world-class performance, it has been awarded with the Beijing Invention Patent Award and the China Patent Award.

BOW - Model DF90 - Ultra-Low-Pressure High Desalination Nanofiltration Membrane

The DF90 (Ultra-Low-Pressure High Rejection Nanofiltration Membrane) can highly reject salts and effectively remove small organic compounds, eg. insecticide, herbicide, etc., , as well as bacteria and viruses, and is featured with low operating pressure, high permeated flow and high recovery rate.

The SW(Seawater Desalination Reverse Osmosis Membrane Element), applicable to sea water and brackish water with high salt concentration, is featured with high compressive strength , low operation cost, high and stable desalination rate and so on. It has been awarded with the Major Environmental Protection Equipment Encouraged by the State and the China Patent Award.

BOW - Model BW Series - Brackish Water Reverse Osmosis Membrane Element

There are two kinds of Brackish Water Reverse Osmosis Membrane Element , including low-pressure membrane and ultra-low-pressure membrane. The low-pressure membrane is mainly used for treatment of high concentration brackish water with TDS lower than 10000mg/L. The ultra-low-pressure membrane is mainly used for treatment of the influent water with TDS lower than 2000mg/L. The product is featured with low operating pressure, high water production and excellent desalination performance. It has been awarded with the Major Environmental Protection Equipment Encouraged by the State and the China Patent Award.

BOW - Ozone Oxidation Catalyst

The catalytic ozonation is a process that the ozone is converted to hydroxyl radical (·OH, oxidation potential 2.80V, ranking only second to fluorine) with stronger oxidizability at ambient temperature and pressure to further oxidize and decompose organic pollutants in water, or break macromolecular organic pollutants into small molecules by oxidation to improve the biodegradability of the wastewater. Compared with the similar products in the market, which are featured with low efficiency, easy dissolution and instability, ozone-catalyzed oxidation catalyst developed by OriginWater, with independent intellectual property rights, is featured with strong adaptability, high removal rate, short retention time, low operating cost , etc. Thus, it is in leading level in the industry.

BOW - Intelligent Household Wastewater Treatment Tank (IHWT)

The IHWT (Intelligent Household Wastewater Treatment Tank), as new efficient and dispersed wastewater treatment equipment developed by OriginWater, is mainly used for wastewater treatment in single-family and multi-family houses in some villages and towns. With IFFAS process adopted, the product can make the growth and reproduction of microorganisms are not influenced by hydraulic retention time. As a result, the biodiversity and biomass can be effectively improved. Due to the advantages of activated sludge process and bio-membrane technology, the effluent quality is better than Leve 3 of Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant (GB18918-2002).
