Belach Bioteknik AB has developed its own open bioreactor control system and committed itself to PC based digital control. Our BioPhantom© bioprocess control system is based on industry standard soft PLC programs and Wonderware© InTouch SCADA . The open architecture software is based on MS Windows and MS SQL Server that allows easy integration into business-to-manufacturing information systems. Standard protocols provide seamless interfacing of third party devices and the common database platform provides complex data logging facility for locally monitored process values, laboratory data and on-line calculated variables. This architecture enables BioPhantom© to comply with FDA CFR21 Part 11.

WE HAVE EXPERIENCE DEVELOPING SPECIAL PURPOSE BIO-PROCESSING EQUIPMENT FOR OUR CUSTOMERS: Heat Inactivation Units, CIP/SIP stations, Airlift- and photo-bioreactors, Single use bioreactor control units, You name it. Specialty bioprocess equipment may comprise of stainless steel and glass reactors and for extreme conditions we build systems from Titanium or plastics. Equipment may be manually driven or fully automated fulfilling cGMP requirements.
