Transcreener - ADP2 Assay Kit - FP Readout

The Transcreener ADP2 Assay with FP readout measures ADP via antibodies selective to ADP and a far-red fluorescent tracer. ADP produced in the reaction competes with the tracer, decreasing fluorescent properties and providing a fluorescent readout. The universal detection method allows screening of virtually any kinase in a high throughput format. The assay produces an excellent signal at less than 10% ATP consumption for a broad range of initial ATP concentrations (0.1-1,000 µM). Both reagents & signal are stable at room temperature for over 24 hours, providing outstanding flexibility for automated high-volume screening programs. Transcreener - Model AMP2/GMP2 - Assay Kit - TR-FRET Readout

The Transcreener® AMP2/GMP2 Assay kit with TR-FRET readout uses displacement of a tracer by AMP/GMP to measure enzymatic activity. This disrupts FRET from the antibody-bound Terbium chelate leading to a decrease in the TR-FRET signal. In addition to the time-resolved signal, the assay uses a far-red tracer to minimize interference from fluorescent compounds and light scattering.  The assay produces an excellent signal at low substrate conversions for a broad range of initial substrate concentrations (0.1-1,000 µM). Both reagents & signal are stable at room temperature for over 24 hours, providing outstanding flexibility for automated high-volume screening programs. The universal detection method allows screening of virtually any AMP/GMP-producing enzyme in a high throughput format.

Transcreener - GDP Assay Kit - FP Readout

The Transcreener GDP Assay with FP readout measures GDP via antibodies selective to GDP and a far-red fluorescent tracer. GDP produced in the reaction competes with the tracer, decreasing fluorescent properties and providing a fluorescent readout. The universal detection method allows screening of virtually any kinase in a high throughput format. The Transcreener Assay offers reagent stability and compatibility with commonly used multimode plate readers. Enzyme Assay Systems

Model TREX1 - Assay System

The TREX1 Assay System includes TREX1 enzyme, DNA substrate, assay plates, and buffer components required for a TREX1 reaction to produce dAMP. The Transcreener dAMP Exonuclease Assay (sold separately) measures dAMP to determine enzymatic activity. These measurements allow researchers to screen compound libraries for modulators to help find new disease therapies. The Transcreener dAMP Exonuclease Assay is not included in the assay system but is available for separate purchase through BellBrook Labs. Assay Plates - FP & FI Assay Plates

Corning - Model 384 - Well Low Volume Black Assay Plates

Corning® 384-well black plates are a great fit for Transcreener FP and FI assays. They feature low working volume to conserve precious enzyme. BellBrook Labs recommends a final volume of 20 µL for these plates. Black plates absorb light and reduce background as well as well-to-well cross talk. Square well tops enable easier robotic handling, while round bottoms minimize trapped air and provide better assay Z`. Polystyrene non-binding services (NBS) is Corning`s proprietary treatment which limits protein binding at low concentrations. The microplate is non-sterile and comes without a lid. However, for long incubation periods, BellBrook Labs recommends covering your sample wells to reduce evaporation.

Corning - Model 96 - Well Half Area Black Assay Plates

Corning® 96-well half area plates are a great fit for Transcreener FP and FI assays. They feature low working volume to conserve precious enzyme.
