Our friction welded drill pipes, are made of carbon steel and they meet the needs and our customers’expectations in terms of price/performance ratio. They may be manufactured of carbon steel, grade S 135 as required by API 5DP standard, providing and excellent and selected quality. Also available made with steel N80 with mechanical properties as per API 5CT standard.

Bellino srl can also supply friction welded drill pipes with upset, made in compliance with API Spec. 5DP and manufacture subs and tools according to API Spec. 7.1. These pipes assure an excellent mix of strength and flexibility for the heaviest services, with an outstanding lasting and reliability.

Bellino manufactures augers with threaded or exagonal connections, according to the same standard quality fixed for friction welded drill pipe.

Obtained by welding the phosphatized tool-joints to the N80 steel pipe , which complies to API 5CT standard, (Series N), they are also available with carbonitrided tool-joints and friction welding (Series S).
