It is the perfect companion to the right headbox and dewatering system of a Fourdrinier wire section. The Bellmer TurboCalender is a high-class unit to provide best smoothness, caliper, and bulk on your paper machine. The TurboCalender improves surfaces by calendering on any paper grade from paper, board to specialty paper or non-woven. Our “hard” or “soft nip” calenders are an essential component of the paper machine, influencing factors such as smoothness, gloss and CD thickness. Bellmer GapCon’s calenders are custom built to meet each customer’s requirements yet using standardized equipment. We help you to chose the right combination of single or multiple nips, hard or soft calenders. In pilot tests, we predict best line load, roll cover and temperature requirements.

The Bellmer color-, size-, starch- and additive dosing Systems guarantee efficient preparation and dosing of color, sizing agent, starch and any additive from our TurboLine. Bellmer GapCon´s TurboWinder is based on the two-drum principle and is tailor-made to meet the capacity and technological requirements of each customer while complying with all current applicable safety regulations. The technological requirements that determine the design of the winder are, for example, the spreader and guide roll system, the winder drum surfaces and the rider roll. The capacity dictated by the paper machine determines the necessary degree of automation required on the unwinding and rewinding of the winder. The TurboWinder winder is the right choice for most grades and can be deployed up to widths of 7.5 meters and production speeds of 2.500 m/min.

AKSE is a hydrostatic disc thickener to thicken different suspensions which we offer in two types. The AKSE F can be used for thickening of fibrous suspensions such as fibre stock from chemical and mechanical pulp, and waste paper as well as fine rejects. The AKSE S is used for thickening of sludge and fine reject by adding a flocculant.
