BelSilo automated control system (ACS) of the grain drying complex has no analogues in the Republic of Belarus, the CIS countries and Europe. The uniqueness lies in the fact that this system dries out different layers of grain to a given moisture content (deviation of no more than 0.5%), completely eliminating grain weight loss, and guarantees fuel and energy savings. Unlike the operator’s actions, the ACS will quickly and efficiently cope with the task of adhering to the drying technology, preventing over drying and overheating of the grain at the exit from the drying procedure.

The BelSilo truck load silo is a convenient and very practical solution for daily loading, unloading and reloading of grain raw materials. It is used in elevators and plants for the seeds and animal feed production, and flour mills for temporary storage and further shipment by gravity of grain and grain crops to railway wagons, cars and vehicles. BelSilo NZ Bucket elevators are designed for vertical transportation of all types of grain crops, rapeseed, corn, legume seeds, granules, biomass and other non-combustible bulk materials with a maximum grain size of no more than 10 mm and an initial moisture content of no more than 30%.
