Benson - Model O2 - PSA Oxygen Generators
The compressed air passes through a pretreatment system to remove impurities such as oil, dust and most of gaseous water, and enters the adsorption tower equipped with zeolite molecular sieve (ZMS). The nitrogen, carbon dioxide, and water vapor in the air are adsorbed by adsorbent, and oxygen passes through the adsorption bed is separated. When the adsorption in the adsorption tower reaches a certain level, the adsorbed molecule is desorbed and the adsorbent is to be regenerated. The adsorption and separation system composed of two towers is cyclically switched under the control of a PLC system to complete continuous oxygen production.
