The best cost effective non powered vibrating screen. Griddi-screen is a strong, versatile two product screen, capable of separating a wide range of products or for the removal of fines from a pre-crushed material.

The Easi- Screen, from bequip is a compact mobile two product screen, capable of producing soil fines or clean stone / hardcore up to 40 tonns per hour, depending on mesh size. Powered by a 10hp diesel engine, the easi-screen can be transported by trailer and towed behind a suitable 4x4 or jeep. With 4 retractable legs, the hydraulic rams allow the machine to disengage from the trailer in minutes, and is then ready for work.

This is a strong, lightweight yet compact Trommel screen. Designed for all types of uses from sand and gravel, grain, top soil, glass and metals. Producing 2 products, this screen has an impressive output. The drum is driven through a central shaft. Material is loaded into the hoper via a removable grid to protect the drum. The drum is speed controlled and can be adjusted to suit different materials.

The easi-screen 2:22 has 2 screens decks and a 2m x 2m open fed screen box. This enables the operator to load from the rear or the front. The 2:22 features two external vibratory motors, eliminating drive shafts, pumps, motors, oil tanks and leaky pipes. Maintenance is almost zero. The 2:22 is strong and rugged. Suitable for light demolition work, waste and skip hire applications.

The Easi-Tree anti clogging system is an effective way to clean mesh that continuously `blind` even when self cleaning types have not done the job. The system is manufactured from Polyethylene, consisting of a tie bar to which tree shape components are attached. As the screen motion increases, the Easi-Tree system lifts and then makes contact with the mesh, keeping the material `active`. Secured with one retaining bolt attached to the upper deck, the Easi-Tree works particularly well when screening wet and sticky materials, such as lime stone fines, Agglime and where there is a high % of fines.

Normal interwoven mesh has less flexibility over self cleaning mesh, this along with wire thickness encourages ‘pegging’ ‘blinding’ and material overrun.
