A patented (#8,431,497) surface treatment enables the wipe to capture and retain particulate contamination. This reduces the likelihood of cross contamination and improves cleaning capabilities on critical surfaces. CapSure–VP’s no-run interlock knit construction provides a smooth surface texture and excellent absorbency. CapSure–VP wiper is recommended for cleanroom environments rated ISO Class 3 and above.

The Lab-Tips Large Closed-Cell Foam Swab (LTC125) are rectangular, general purpose swabs for cleaning surfaces. The closed-cell polyurethane foam head offers excellent durability and cushioning. A rigid internal paddle provides firm support.

Berkshire`s Lab-Tips Long-Handled Polyester Knit Swab (LTP1465) are general-purpose surface-cleaning swabs designed to access hard-to-reach spaces. They feature a flexible paddle tip and durable cleanroom-laundered knit head, which will withstand rigorous cleaning applications.

BCR Single Knit Nylon Glove Liners are made of high-quality, 100% continuous filament, pre-shrunk nylon.They are lightweight, soft, and comfortable to wear. Full-finger design enables total protection for even the most sensitive glove users. Half-fingered design covers palm and parts of fingers to permit tactile use while wicking moisture from palms.

BCR Ultra Glove liners provide the next level of cleanroom hand health and operator comfort during regular and extended wear. The enhanced wicking function, skin contact discomfort associated with wearing latex, vinyl, nitrile, neoprene and other gloves is greatly reduced. The BCR Half-Finger Ultra Glove liners are engineered with Fortify AM technology and Fortify Sta-Cool technology. The Fortify AM technology protects the fabric from microbial growth. BCR CleaNotes are made with 104 g/m²(28#) weight cleanroom white bond paper. A special adhesive backing allows CleaNotes to easily stick to any surface without leaving residues when the note is removed. Available in 3 x 3” (76 x 76mm). Specialized coating to reduce particles and fibers. Smooth surface reduces surface particle contamination.

BCR 3-Layer Face Mask with Knitted Earloops (180mm) features a medium filter of meltblown polypropylene for excellent particle and bacterial filtration. Its polyethylene outerfacing is ideal for extremely critical environments. The cleanroom mask`s polypropylene interfacing is soft and non-irritating for extended wear. The mask also features knitted nylon earloops, a fully enclosed, adjustable nosepiece, and tempered aluminum. Ultrasonic bonding reduces contamination and outgassing.
