MasterFlo is a depth filtration media that is excellent for both liquid and gas filtration. It maintains its physical properties when wet, and is dimensionally stable. In coolant filtration, MasterFlo can provide extended index cycles, and a corresponding cost reduction.

Microcell II is the latest innovation from Fiberweb Filtration in engineered filtration composites designed specifically for D&I filtration. Made from 100 percent synthetic components including polypropylene and polyester fibers, Microcell II has an engineered gradient structure for high filtration efficiency and excellent filter life.

QualiFlo, which received the prestigious `New Product Award` from the American Filtration and Separations Society (AFS) when it was introduced in 1993, is created using a proprietary combination of components and a special manufacturing process. Pore size varies from top to bottom of QualiFlo, so larger particles are trapped in the upper layer and smaller particles in the lower part of the composite. Because of this, QualiFlo offers gradient filtration with excellent efficiencies, exceptional dirt holding capacity and low pressure drop. It retains pleats and is excellent for automotive intake filtration.

Reemay spunbond polyester media is used in numerous filtration applications because of its purity, strength and quality. It contains no binders, so the filtering area is not limited and there are no potential contaminants to leach out during the filtration process. Excellent for die cutting and slitting, Reemay is unlikely to ravel or fray. Both round and trilobal cross sections are available.

Reemay with Microban antimicrobial protection, the newest member of the Reemay family of pool and spa media, is the most advanced media available to inhibit the growth of bacteria, mold and fungi that can cause fouling of the filter cartridge. Fiberweb’s BICO technology allows the Microban antimicrobial product protection to be compounded directly into the fiber, providing consistent performance of the Microban throughout the life of the filter.
