Compact Flame Detectors
Model KLC 1000 - Uv Flame Detector
The KLC 1000 is a compact UV flame detector, which has been developed for single flame combustion which produces little light or radiation in the visible spectrum and has very low flame modulation/flicker frequency. The design of the UV sensor ensures that the flame detector does not react to background radiation from hot refractory or from any other Infrared light source. The UV flame detector is equipped with an optical interface which visibly indicates the flame signal intensity. The KLC 1000 can be connected directly to the ionisation or LDR input of the control box. It is compatible in its physical dimensions and connection capability to other series KLC flame detectors. All KLC accessories are identical and therefore this reduces the variety of components used in production and makes it simpler for field application and service.
Model KLC 2002 - Compact Flame Detector
The KLC 2002 broadband flame detector is a compact flame detector specially designed for blue-burning combustion systems in forced-air burner applications in the domestic sector. The patented evaluation of the signal takes place via the flicker frequency of the radiation of the upcoming flame. A processor enables the evaluation and conversion of the flame signal to a digital signal in the value required for the flame signal amplifier of the corresponding automatic burner control system. Adjustments are not required during commissioning or maintenance. The KLC 2002 only evaluates the flickering of the flame to be monitored. A device version with interference frequency suppression is optionally available.
Model KLC 21 - Compact Flame Detector
The KLC 21 broadband flame detector is a compact flame detector specially designed for blue-burning combustion systems in forced-air burner applications in the domestic sector. The patented evaluation of the signal takes place via the flicker frequency of the radiation of the upcoming flame. The device can be operated in an extended temperature range from -20°C to +75°C. A processor enables the evaluation and conversion of the flame signal to a digital signal in the value required for the flame signal amplifier of the corresponding automatic burner control system. Adjustments are not required during commissioning or maintenance. The KLC 21 only evaluates the flickering of the flame to be monitored. A device version with interference frequency suppression is optionally available.
Model KLC 20 - Compact Flame Detector
The KLC 20 broadband flame detector is a compact flame detector specially designed for blue-burning combustion systems in forced-air burner applications in the domestic sector. The KLC 20 only evaluates the flickering of the flame to be monitored. A device version with interference frequency suppression is optionally available.
Model KLC 11 - Uv Flame Detector
The KLC 11 is a compact UV flame detector designed for single flame combustion, producing little light or radiation in the visible spectrum and a very low flame modulation / flicker frequency. The design of the UV sensor ensures that the flame detector will not react to background radiation from hot refractory or any other source of infrared light. The UV flame detector is equipped with an optical interface that visibly displays the intensity of the flame signal. The KLC 11 can be connected directly to the ionization or LDR input of the control box. It is compatible in its dimensions and connectivity with other KLC flame detectors in the series. All KLC accessories are identical. This reduces the variety of components used in production and simplifies on-site application and service.
Industrial Flame Detector
Model IFR 400 - Industrial Flame Detector
Rugged compact flame detector for harsh industrial applications where continuous operation is required. The IFx series features a robust die-cast aluminum housing with IP65 protection. Due to the housing concept, the device can be quickly replaced on site. The compact flame detector is designed for industrial systems in an IP65 metal housing that require cost-effective monitoring without a large range of functions. The IFx series is divided into two basic types: the IFC for axial alignment and the IFR for radial alignment. The radial view design allows the mounting of a permanently functional flame detector at the positions of a monobloc burner normally reserved for intermittent flame sensors. In addition to the usual design of the signal output with relay contacts for a PLC control or suitable automatic ignition systems, we also offer an ionization simulation that can be operated in continuous mode.

Model KHM20 - Compact Flame Detector
The KHM 20 is a compact flame detector which has been specially developed for rough industrial use in single burner systems and in particular in connection with programmable logic controllers (e.g. PLC). The patented evaluation of the flame signal via the flicker frequency of the radiation of the coming flame. All types of flames are detected by the automatic sensitivity evaluation. No adjustments are required for commissioning or maintenance. The KHM 20 only evaluated the flickering of the flame to be monitored, direct light radiation and constant frequencies do not lead to flame detection. Uniform light beams and any constant frequencies do not lead to a permanent flame detection. Disturbing sources of extraneous light, e.g. from fluorescent tubes or low-frequency background radiation from glowing brickwork, are suppressed. Unintentional influences on the flame detection can thus be avoided.
Model IFR 10 - Industrial Flame Detector
The IFR 10 is a compact UV flame detector specially designed for use in industrial firing systems. The flame detector can be connected directly to a tuned ionisation or LDR input of the automatic burner control. In accordance with EN 298:2012-11, the IFR 10 flame detector is intended for automatic burner control systems that check whether a flame signal is still present after a control shutdown. The UV tube used ensures that background radiation, e.g. from glowing brick linings or mixing equipment parts, is not detected. The flame intensity can be easily recognised via an LED as a visual indicator. A simple diagnosis of the flame intensity is thus possible directly at the firing device.
Model IFC 10 - Industrial Flame Detector

The UV tube used ensures that background radiation, e.g. from glowing brick linings or mixing equipment parts, is not detected. By means of the diopter, which also serves as the flame detector`s interface to the combustion chamber, the IFC 10 can be adapted to special requirements with various accessories. The flame intensity can be easily recognised via an LED as a visual indicator. A simple diagnosis of the flame intensity is thus possible directly at the firing device.
