The ABRAmaster abrasive cutting system for fast and precise abrasive cutting. The easy-to-use system guarantees reliable delivery as well as precise dosing of abrasives to the water jet to achieve high cutting quality on stone, metal, ceramics, glass, composites, etc.

The perfect accessory for pure-water and abrasive waterjet cutting. The TWINJET system comprises several components. With waterjet cutting, differentiation is generally made between two methods: cutting with pure waterjets and abrasive waterjet cutting. TWINJET is suitable for both versions. The application limit in view of material thickness for both methods is about 300 mm.

The BFT waterjet valve is designed as an open/closed switch valve which is switched via a pneumatic piston drive. The cutting nozzle required for waterjet cutting is attached directly to the collimation tube of the switch valve via a nozzle holder. Operation with an operating overpressure of up to 4,000 bar and a maximum flow rate of up to 5.0 l/min is possible. We offer high-quality cutting heads for all BFT high-pressure pumps in diameters from 0.08 to 0.45 mm. Your bonus: The waterjet valve was pre-treated at our plant and does not require periodic maintenance.
