BHDT provides customer specific compact connector solutions for various application areas. This can be used if our connectors have to be used in already existing systems and full compatibility has to be achieved. In connection with our in-house calculation department, it is possible to provide vast spectrum of different connectors, suited to our customer’s needs.

The BestLoc Compact Flange (Norsok L-005) offers outstanding benefits whenever size, weight, and stress are critical factors in pipe-design. Compared to ANSI Flange connections, BestLoc Compact Flanges save up to 82 % of weight withstanding high bending and tension loads without leaking.

BHDT supplies bolt tensioning devices, pumps and accessories according to different customer requirements.

BHDT offers tube systems fabricated by deep hole drilling. With this high precision drilling operation tubes up to 21 m length with a drilling diameter from 20 to 200 mm can be fabricated.

Decades of experience make BHDT well known all over the world as a manufacturer of high pressure valves, especially for Urea and Ammonia plants. Special know-how in the field of material science (Austenitic steel – urea grade materials 316Lmod. and 25Cr-22Ni-2Mo, Duplex and Superduplex like Safurex, HVD 1, Ferralium Alloy 255, Zirconium, Titanium…) for manufacturing of Fertilizer high pressure valves in cooperation with all major licensors.
