BI Pure Water has engineered hundreds of custom water treatment plants for challenging water systems throughout Western Canada. BI Pure Water manufactures package plants cost effectively for lower overall cost for system users.

BI Pure Water has been helping build successful water treatment systems for remote and First Nations communities for more than twenty years. BI Pure Water is also a member of RES’EAU’s Community Circles program, which gathers feedback from each community during the design process. Treatment systems are designed to be easy to maintain, with the minimum chemical demand and parts replacement.

controlsBI Pure Water employs a control panel department with electrical engineers, electricians, and panel builders because each of our treatment systems comes with a custom built panel designed and wired for manual and automatic control. A touchscreen HMI display if requested by clients enables even greater intuitive control of your treatment system. The HMI shows a user-friendly diagram of the complete system and the operator can touch icons for further information and control of specific components such as valves and pumps.

We’re experienced in building reliable dosing systems integrated with controls and monitors. We design them for ease of installation, and the control options can be tailored to your requirements.

pumpsBI Pure Water’s custom engineered packaged pump skids and systems are serving industries, mines and municipalities across Canada, from a Nunavut gold mine, to a new Okanagan subdivision, to Site C dam pumphouses.

As well as systems in containers and on skids, BI Pure Water has a welding shop fabricating custom steel frame buildings to suit. BI Pure Water is CSA A277 building / modular building manufacturer certified. Building site inspections are not required for these structures. In addition BI Pure Water is a certified panel builder; all electrical components inside the structure come certified to the site. Only the external connections require inspection.

Years of experience using, testing and building instruments such as chlorine and turbidity analyzers and flow meters, and integrating them with our control systems, has made us experts at custom instrumentation.

BIPW in partnership with Axiall Industries, a world leader in chemical applications, has a safe, simple and accurate chlorinator that is easier to use than liquid bleach or gas. Hundreds of our chlorinators are in use across Western Canada in parks, resorts, large and small communities.

We have designed a package treatment skid for dewatering mine tailings and built an SO2 cyanide detox plant. Currently exploring selenium destruction and ammonia treatment in cold environments.
