The 39900 Series Area Control Cabinet consists of a DJ45 dual piston motor driven pump, reservoir with high-low reservoir level control valve, DR4 hydraulic reversing valve with manual shutoff valves, SS2200 controller and bulk fill solenoid valve mounted in a freestanding floor mount double door enclosure with green power on light, red fault light and combination motor starter with flange mount disconnect.Being totally enclosed inside a steel cabinet, the components are protected from impact, dust and liquid damage.

AeroFlow Lubricators are pneumatically actuated piston pumps designed for use with single line parallel injector systems. These lubricators are normally connected to the compressed air supply found on the machinery or vehicle being lubricated.

The MPA micro pump is a pneumatically operated miniature piston pump used to deliver lubricant in small, metered quantities. This pump has applications in lubricating cutting tools during various machining operations including drilling, reaming, thread forming and broaching. There are 3 products in the family; a single injector pump, a 3-way injector pump with individual actuation and a 3-way injector pump with group actuation. The units may be combined to form a manifold of 12 outlets maximum.

The Dualine Indicator Pin Monitor utilizes high quality sensors with built in LED’s. The sensor will read movement of the Dualine indicator pin during each lubrication cycle. This ensures that lubricant has reached the Dualine Valve. It will allow the user to monitor Dualine valve/pin operation remotely from any PLC.

The DS405 is designed to monitor automatic oil or grease lubrication systems and is ideally suited to be used with our Lube Point Monitor (55105). For Recirculating Oil systems, the DS 405 provides real-time monitoring of the oil flow rate. Total loss Oil or Grease systems are time based and the DS 405 monitors the accumulative flow of the lubricant. The DS 405 records and displays the total lubricant delivered per channel (24 channels available). It also provides the end user with reliable, expandable and accessible data capture. Each channel can be individually configured with programmable warning and alarm levels.
