The PS160 screw auger conveyors can be installed in various ways, depending on needs and requirements. This solution lets to receive a conveyor from 1m up to 12m, by evry 0,5m and maximum capacity from 21-28 t/h. These devices can be installed horizontally. Regardless of the way and type of work, screw auger conveyors must be mounted on a stable base, and the distance between supports fixing a conveyor pipe to the base should not exceed 3 meters. This kind of fixing prevents unintended movement of the conveyor, vibrations, etc. Furthermore, the conveyor casing was designed to allow selection of any location for the grain inlet and outlet by cutting out holes and assembling the PSU160-I/O-200 inlet and outlet.

The PS220 screw auger conveyors can be installed in various ways, depending on needs and requirements. Those devices can be installed horizontally and at an angle. Regardless of the way and type of work screw auger conveyors must be mounted on a stable base, and the distance between supports fixing a conveyor pipe to the base should not exceed 4.5 meters. This kind of fixing prevents unintended movement of the conveyor, vibrations etc. In none of the devices presented in the operating manual the value of equivalent level of acoustic pressure exceeds 70 dB(A).

The PSW sweep auger conveyor is a device for unloding of grain that has not got onto the underfloor conveyor in a gravitational way. Usually, it is 15-20% of the silo capacity. The PSW conveyor transports grain along the silo radius to the central grain inlet (the inlet to underfloor conveyor), simultanously moving clockwise around silo axle (when looking towards the silo floor). This way the grain remaining in the silo is unloaded, until the conveyor makes almost a full turn. BIN produces internal sweep auger conveyors designated for relevant silos.

POJ-PASZ feed containers are designated for storage of feed mixtures of a consistency not exceeding 750kg/m3. They can be used separately or in sets of few units. By using the POJ-PASZ+750 platform, the usable capacity of a feed container can be increased from 1600 liters up to 2350 liters; therefore the user can adjust the whole set to his requirements and needs. Feed containers are adapted to being loaded and unloaded with the UPS-78 universal spiral conveyor from BIN Sp. z o.o. Other methods of filling and emptying can be used, like loading through chutes, gravitation unloading, etc.
