FiltaVent Passive Carbon Cartridge Filters are cost-effective and efficient ground-mounted filter systems with replaceable cartridges. They can be used to solve a range of odour issues at sewage pumping stations, vent stacks and pressure relief valves. They are supplied with replaceable cartridges that can easily be changed by operators when the carbon is exhausted.

FiltaVent Passive Filter 2 Way Series are cost-effective and efficient ground-mounted filter systems with replaceable cartridges. Each one is a self-breathable passive filter with low static pressure that can be used to solve a range of odour issues at sewage pumping stations, vent stacks and pressure relief valves. They are supplied with replaceable cartridges that can easily be changed by operators, when the carbon is exhausted. The system is designed to allow air to enter the network under negative pressure to assist with normal hydraulics and corrosion.

FiltaCarb 75 Series Rapid Skids provide a budget solution to odour problems. They are designed using replaceable vapour carbon canisters, each containing 75kg of activated carbon. Ideal for low-flow air purification for industrial and municipal applications. These budget adsorption filters are specifically designed for wastewater and acid gas emissions but they are also suitable for a range of industrial gases.

FiltaCarb Absorption utilises activated carbon to treat a broad spectrum of odorous and corrosive gases. These are highly efficient and economical systems to remove VOC’s, corrosive gases including Hydrogen Sulphide (H2S) and toxic gas phase emissions. They provide immediate adsorption upon contact with the gases. All the systems have a specified contact time to ensure they meet optimum performance throughout the life of the media. The filter vessels are filled with a specific activated carbon, which is suitable to the abatement application.

FiltaOdor Biofilter is a modular biological treatment system for the removal odorous gases and VOC’s. The hazardous gases are fan extracted through a humidification system to raise the relative humidity to > 95%. Gases are evenly diffused through moistened media filter bed where the contaminants are biologically oxidised. Moisture within the filter bed is maintained and controlled by an irrigation system. Treated air then flows through a vent stack and diffused to atmosphere. The unique long-life BioMedia provides proven performance with little maintenance.

FiltaMin mineral is characterised by complex three-dimensional structures with large, cage like cavities that can accommodate sodium, calcium, or other cations (positively charged atoms or atomic clusters); water molecules; and even small organic molecules. Because of its ability to interact with organic molecules, it adds another dimension to biological growth media performance by absorbing chemical compounds that are used as feedstock for biological digestion. Its surface structure and its moisture retention make it a preferred host for biological colonisation.
