The Infectious Bronchitis Virus RNA Test Kit (IBV qPCR) will detect the presence of RNA from Infectious Bronchitis Virus strains in extracts from avian samples. Primers and probe are specific for IBV; the probe is labelled with a specific fluorophore which is detected in a designated channel on the qPCR thermocycler. After extraction of the RNA, samples are added to wells along with the dedicated Reaction Mix. The prepared wells are placed in the qPCR cycler for reverse transcription, amplification and detection.

A highly sensitive and specific PCR test kit for the simultaneous differentiation and quantification of low and high pathogenic Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae serotypes. The Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae Multiplex DNA test kit is a complete set of reagents, which allows for the simultaneous detection of all Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae serotypes and differentiation between low and high pathogenic serotypes.

The Partial Plate kit set contains all the necessary instructions and materials (plate sealers, sealable storage pouches, desiccant pouches) for running and storing partial test plates.  The correct use of the BC PP kit set, prevents the decay of coated antigen plates, extending the storage life of partially used test plates to 2-6 weeks after first use.

A set of PCR standards can be ordered separately for the Campylobacter Coli-Jejuni-Lari DNA Test Kit (MP103). The standards are ready for use and do not need to be extracted. These standards can be used to check the performance of the PCR and to quantify results.
