We make initial contact with our customer and maintain this relationship through our local branch or representatives in the respective countries. In this way, we are able to immediately recognise any special requirements in each market and in the designs. The processing begins when the project is approved on location. We always work together with headquarters when processing the technical solution to create a "tailor-made plant for the customer”.

Construction Services can usually be provided and bought on-site more cheaply and effectively than attempting to do so remotely. The customer knows their local construction companies - and usually already has long-term partners. BIOLAK^® Technology HOLDING GMBH provides the basic planning for the construction work. Usually, it also takes over the overall project management in the field of technical plant issues.

After the construction work has been completed, a logged acceptance will take place by BIOLAK Technology HOLDING GMBH. The subsequent technological assembly will take place after the machine, process and control technology has been started up (also relates to the control system, measurement and mechanical components).

We offer technical process consultation and support during start-up operations. Our experienced staff analyse the operational situation on location and optimise process settings. Constant contact with personnel is particularly important to us during the start-up operation.

Biolak Technology Holding Gmbh offers additional services after start-up. Upon conclusion of a service contract, we offer regular service visits with ongoing operational support. We carry out complex evaluations of sewage plants of all types to provide consultation services and develop customer-specific solutions. Procedural processes and alternatives are tested on location and analysed by our laboratory. Through the optimisation of the procedural technology over the course of time, many protected by our own patents, we can provide our customers with a tailor-made solution for their sewage problems!
