MRC - Modular Wall Panels
The second paneling option developed by MRC is the HPL Panel. The MRC HPL system compromises of a 6mm thick phenolic sheet bonded to a unique custom design MRC aluminum frame and track system. Providing and more economical option with excellent engineering details, chemical, fire and impact resistant.

In recent years, we have seen more companies and industries turning to prefabricated clean room structures. Biologics Modular offers multiple prefabricated systems that are designed, assembled, and tested off site in our controlled environment before construction begins at the location specified by the client, which eliminates the likelihood of issues arising at the start of the project. During the initiation of the project, the collaboration between the design team and the client will set forth the ISO standards needed to be met and the parameters of the structure.

A Modular cleanroom system is a fully-contained and monitored environment that requires filtered air to eliminate finite particles and contaminants from the operating room resulting in a clean environment for the operators and products. Modular Cleanrooms come pre-engineered and offer the same benefits of a traditional clean room but allow for quicker time to operation and flexibility to modify or even relocate with minimal expense and downtime.
