Bionano Access provides all the software needed for experiment management, visualization and analysis of Bionano genome mapping data in one place. This web-based hub for Saphyr operations allows the user to set up runs and monitor real-time data quality metrics remotely, as well as visualize and manipulate maps and structural variants. Video tutorials are available here that will guide you through the various features available within Bionano Access.
