AccuPower^® RT PreMix contains premixed dried components essential for cDNA synthesis such as reverse transcriptase and RNase inhibitor, allowing RT reaction to simply start by just adding the RNA, primers, and D.W. Furthermore, by using the RNase H⁺ ofM-MLV Reverse Transcriptase, template RNA is removed after the cDNA synthesis to minimize the effect of residual template RNA in PCR reaction.

AccuPower® PCR PreMix uses Bioneer’s patented technology to individually vacuum dry components necessary for PCR such as DNA polymerase, dNTPs, reaction buffer, etc. A chemical stabilizer is also included for retaining the activity of the products for 1 month at a room temperature (25 °C) and over 2 years in a freezer.

ExiPrep™ 48 Genomic DNA Kit is a reagent that can extract genomic DNA from human specimens using ExiPrep™ 48 Dx. ExiPrep™ 48 Genomic DNA Kit contains all buffers and consumables necessary for efficient and effective genomic DNA extraction.

AccuLoader™ guides users to load samples into the correct wells of a multi-well plate by scanning each sample barcode and automatically moving the dispensing hole to the correct well. Loading conditions and sample information are easily managed using the included tablet and dedicated AccuLoader application. In addition, users can quickly pool a large number of samples without human error using the pool sample setting, and the sample shield and filter prevent cross-contamination while samples are being loaded.

ExiPrep™16 Dx is an automated nucleic acid extraction and purification instrument designed to extract DNA or RNA from various clinical samples including whole blood, serum, plasma, swab samples, urine etc. ExiPrep™16 Dx is able to handle up to 16 clinical samples with pre-programmed protocols for reproducible results and providing an automatic pipetting function for true hands-off operation.
