Due to the modular design several biofilter units can easily be interconnected for larger air flows. A retrofit enhancement of the biofiltration system is realised without any major aggravation by adding additional containers.

BIONIK’s glass-fibre reinforced plastic (GRP) containers are supplied in a pressure tight design.

This flexible design offers a variety of options: containers in cylindrical or rectangular design, thermal isolation for outdoor application or sub-surface installation when space is not available. The containers are manufactured from polyethylene (PE) or polypropylene (PP) – hence securing a maximum corrosion resistance. The engineered and preassembled biofilters are shipped with integrated control cubicles for a compact biofilter design.

Custom engineered surface filters with open top or closed design built on site are used for exhaust air with low contamination and high flow rates.
