Small treatment plants From the AT-6 to the AT-50 series treat the volume of sewage wastes at a rate of 0.5 up to 7.5 cubic metres per day, are are designed for; Single Homes, apartments, hotels, restaurants, schools, camping sites, farms & rural dwellings, small-scale companies, etc.

Group schemes and commercial applications use the AT-75 to AT-400 biological reactors. The larger bio-reactors consist of anaerobic – anoxic, aeration zone and a secondary sedimentation tank. All zones are installed in the single horizontal cylindrical unit and are separated by internal baffles. By means of the air blower the excess sludge is removed into the sludge stabilizer, which is  a separate unit.

We specialise in medium to large scale municipal waste water treatment. Our patented VFL technology is paired with our off site controls to optimise the treatment levels. The system takes into account the local electricity cost when managing the station. This feature can provide significant running cost savings. 
An efficient remote control system minimizes the requirements for the local staff and saves running cost. The efficient pump control system ensures maximum pump life by using algorithms to minimize the number of switches on each pump. The reduction of power peaks and minimization of solenoid energy requirements are achieved with a special algorithm. To ensure input water in the anaerobic zone is mixed properly, pumps at the channel input start the blower of the specific channel automatically. Blowers work with standardized air pressure. The blowers are configured to save power in case less air is needed.
