Qsep100 Bio-Fragment Analyzers is the most versatile instrument of the Qsep Series Bio-Fragment Analyzers. It provides consistent high precision analysis by using the same single-channel cartridge as the Qsep1. It provides flexible sample capacity from 1 to 96 samples. Qsep100 is commonly used in general research laboratories and also a good partner for the NGS QC laboratories. Moreover, with diverse cartridges, Qsep100 could apply to DNA, RNA, and protein analysis. Qsep1 is a portable capillary electrophoresis system, that could be applied to any research laboratories, clinical laboratories, food farms in the fields instead of transferring the sample to the central lab and provide the precise analysis results. Qsep1 instrument is like boarding luggage size (24x 21x 30 cm) and has high flexibility in sample number (1~16 sample capacity). These compact and lightweight instruments can help researchers to turn molecular biology into "Moving Biology for Field-test". This professional portable capillary electrophoresis system has the completed software functions, including Smear, RNA auto-assign support, and with the high sensitivity cartridge (N1), this system could also analyze the diverse samples, such as cfDNA.

Qsep₁-Lite is an entry-level CGE system for students and all users. Qsep₁-Lite with Q-Analyzer for Qsep1-Lite software simplifies the operation. After inserting a cartridge into an instrument, the system will automatically provide the analysis method to eliminate setting steps. There are several cartridge kits specially designed for Qsep₁-Lite that can be used to analyze samples such as PCR products, large size DNA, and total RNA. With the easy-to-use features, Qsep₁-Lite can be operated by any user without professional training. It`s also a great analysis platform that can be popularized in colleges and small clinics.
