The Sani-Check B dipslide makes the determination of bacterial counts fast and simple. Both sides of the dipslide are coated with a medium selective for bacteria. Aerobic bacteria will grow on this medium and their growth will be in the form of red dots, also known as colonies, on the surface of the agar. The dipslide is compared to a chart in order to get a quantitative interpretation of the results.

The Sani-Check BF dipslide makes the determination of bacterial and fungal counts fast and simple. Each side of the dipslide is coated with a different medium, one side being selective for fungi and the other for bacteria. Aerobic bacteria will grow on the bacteria side and their growth will be in the form of red dots, also known as colonies, on the surface of the agar. On the side designated for fungi, growth of yeast and mold will generally appear as filamentous structures. The dipslide is compared to a chart in order to get a quantitative interpretation of the results.

The Sani-Check SRB is a sulfate reducing bacteria test kit that contains tubes of culture media specifically formulated to promote the growth of anaerobic sulfate reducing bacteria. Included in our sulfate reducing bacteria test kits are unique sample applicators that allows for the evaluation of both liquids and surfaces. Other components of the test kit ensure the most ideal conditions for the growth of these organisms. Sani-Check SRB is designed to be used in areas where little or no formal laboratory facilities are available. Everything needed to perform 25 tests is contained in the test kit.

When populations of mold and yeast become elevated in stored hydrocarbon fuels, metalworking fluid, and process waters, serious economic consequences can result. Problems related to high levels of mold include slime formation, offensive odors and plugging of fluid delivery lines. Effective control of these organisms through biocide use is only possible when routine monitoring of fungal levels is performed. Sani-Check YM makes routine determinations of fungal populations quick and easy.

Acid-Producing Bacteria (APB) can contribute to microbiologically-induced corrosion (MIC) in a variety of environments including oil and gas production, processing, and storage. APB growth and activity can be responsible for the corrosion of metals. It is essential that these microorganisms be monitored and controlled to prevent the damage caused by their metabolic activities.

The Sani-Check Dip slide Incubator is a desk-top instrument which is specifically designed for small-scale incubation needs such as the Sani-Check B and BF dip slides, the Sani-Check AB and YM test strips, and the Sani-Check SRB tubes. The dimensions of the incubator are 33.5 cm wide x 47.5 cm height x 37 cm depth with a temperature range of 20 to 60°C.

The Sani-Check Incubator is desk-top instrument which is specifically designed for small-scale incubation needs such as Sani-Check test strips, as well as Sani-Check and Culturia dip slides. Although the Sani-Check incubator is pre-set at 37°C, it can be adjusted as needed, and it has a working temperature range of 31 to 40°C. The incubator will easily hold 12 Sani-Check or Culturia dip slides, 25 Sani-Check SRB tubes, or over 100 Sani-Check AB or YM. The incubator has a plexiglas door for easy viewing of contents. The unit is also supplied with a digitemp thermometer which is attached to the interior floor. This incubator is a special order item and is for international use only.
