The Green Button Go Service Made Simple service program ensures that your automation is always running at peak performance with the latest software, receiving routine software updates throughout the year to enhance functionality and provide regular access to new device drivers. Receive up to four complimentary driver exchanges per year, allowing you to easily swap out devices at no extra charge.

Integrated Systems Service Agreements

Designed to proactively maintain and decrease down-time of integrated systems and platforms, Biosero’s hardware agnostic and flexible approach to automation is matched with multi-vendor instrumentation and workcell service agreements. Proactive planned maintenance, remedial repairs, and unlimited technical support are included in all plan types, with extra services and bundles offered at the premium tier.

Biosero service agreements provide value and ease of mind. When it comes to service, flexibility matters, so Biosero makes all its services available for individual purchase. Because today’s automation solutions have to be scalable, changeable, and work for life we offer a variety of custom collaborative services to keep your automation dynamic when it’s time for a change or to re-purpose. All services are offered by custom quotation and include travel fees, labor, required spare parts, and any applicable consultation fees.
