BIOTAL Plants with a production capacity from 1,5...5 м3/24-hour-period are plastic containers by the following sizes: Biotal - 1.5: production capacity: 1,5 м3/24-hour-period; d = 1.3; h = 1.55. Biotal - 2: production capacity: 2 м3/24-hour-period; d = 1.4; h = 1.55. Biotal - 3: production capacity: 3 м3/24-hour-period; d = 1.7; h = 1.55. Biotal - 4: production capacity: 4 м3/24-hour-period; d = 1.9; h = 2.00. Biotal - 5: production capacity: 5 м3/24-hour-period; d = 1.9; h = 2.00.

The Plant BIOTAL-7...100 includes few containers, which form three separated zone of biological prufication (SBR reactor).Such a constructive decision was taken for the sake of convenience in transporting and mounting the water  treatment system. When Biotal Plant operates as settling capacity, an additional plastic ferro-concrete container( d-1,9m) is installed.

BIOTAL - 200 includes four separately working stations of a capacity 50m3/24-hour-period each, which allow the technical maintenance of Biotal Plant without switching off the entire system, as well as an optimization of working conditions from the point of view of electric consumption.

BIOTAL Plant production capacity ranges from 1 to 1,000 m3/24-hour-period. BIOTAL Plants of a capacity from 1 to 100 m3/24-hour-period are made from shock-resistant and long-lasting polyethylene and propylene, produced in Denmark and Germany. BIOTAL Plants of a capacity from 200 to 1,000 m3/24-hour-period can be made under a standard or special design from plastics and reinforced concrete with special additives.
