The BITZER ECOLINE series is the most universal compressor in the range of semi-hermetic reciprocating compressors. It combines high efficiency, a wide range of applications, flexibility in refrigerant selection, smooth running, solid design and high reliability.

Tandem compressors are the simplest way of connecting two compressors in parallel. Turning on and shutting off one compressor allows for a particularly effective graduation of output. The 4- and 6-cylinder models can also be equipped with capacity control systems (cylinder cutoff), allowing them to run with up to four or six levels of output. Particularly for applications with high load fluctuations, this allows for cost-effective and energy-efficient operation under full- and part-load with all conventional refrigerants.

The ECOLINE range is the creative advancement of the proven, robust and powerful semi-hermetic reciprocating compressors from BITZER. It combines high efficiency, smooth running, a wide range of applications, flexibility in refrigerant selection, solid design and high reliability. The ECOLINE range is available across our full range of services. It includes the full range of semi-hermetic reciprocating compressors and replaces its predecessors with the same connection sizes.

The HS.95 series is the new semi-hermetic series of BITZER screw compressors for use in large-scale commercial, industrial and process cooling applications with high efficiency requirements. The series combines increased refrigeration capacity with proven reliability and outstanding energy efficiency in full and part load. The on-board IQ MODULE simplifies installation and service and increases the system uptime.

The HS series is the semi-hermetic screw compressor series with built-in motor for use in large-scale commercial refrigeration and process cooling and also is suitable for onshore and marine systems. The HS series is well known for its proven robustness, outstanding energy efficiency in full and part load and high versatility in the usability of many different synthetic refrigerants.
