The X-40D is our proven 6-inch by 39-inch swing tube piston pump designed for concrete pumping (up to 1.5-inch aggregate mixes) and wet shotcrete applications. The X-40D is user-friendly, easy to operate and simple to maintain. This machine is equipped with our rugged receiving hopper agitator, forklift tubing mounted to the lower hopper for easy flat pack removal and reliable solid-state electronics. The pump is equipped with four crane-lifting eyes and a wireless remote control for ease of operation.

The MX-10 is our ultra-high pressure 3-inch swing-tube mixer-pump designed for dense refractory shotcrete and pump cast applications. The MX-20 is our ultra high-pressure 4-inch swing tube mixer-pump, designed for dense refractory shotcrete and pump cast applications. Our high-torque pan mixer combined with our ultra high-pressure piston pump consistently delivers 20 tons per hour. This machine is commonly used to pump refractory materials in excess of 300 feet (91 meters) vertical during the most demanding refractory installations.

The new MX-20MT mixer-pump from Blastcrete Equipment, LLC gives contractors a high-output, easy-to-use unit for superb productivity on shotcrete and refractory work in a variety of applications, including steel mills, cement plants and petrochemical plants. The machine provides twice the output of the company’s popular MX-10 mixer/pump yet has nearly the same compact footprint. It’s mounted to a single-chassis trailer for convenience as well as fast and easy transportation, setup and cleaning.

The Blastcrete Model RD6536 hydraulic concrete squeeze pump attachment offers variable speeds from 0-25 cubic yards per hour. This concrete pump attachment successfully pumps 3/8-inch shotcrete and concrete mixes. The RD6536 Concrete Pump requires 18 gallons of hydraulic oil per minute at 3,000 PSI. The Blastcrete Model RS180 Mixer-Pump is variable speed from 0-18 cu. yards per hour.  The unit is equipped with our robust 12 cu. ft. hydraulic spiral mixer (0-60 RPM) with gearbox drive, 15 cu. ft. receiving hopper with conveyor screw, adjustable 2L8 rotor-stator with the longevity to surpass all competitive equipment, dual axle high speed towing trailer, and all powered with a 55 HP Yanmar water-cooled diesel (Tier 4 Final).  The RS180 Mixer-Pump is supplied with our 11.6 cu. ft. skid steer bucket to charge sand and gypsum into the mixer.
