70K GPD Standard System: The nominal capacity of each unit is 70,000 gallons per day (gpd) without supplemental process tankage. The BluBox treatment capacity can be easily supplemented by adding process tankage for higher strength waste applications. With remote monitoring and reporting tools, operators can view their system and generate real-time performance reports. 150K GPD / 300K GPD Standard Designs: The modularity of BluBox MBR units allows one to set up multiple trains with the base 150k and 300k designs to address higher hydraulic loads. In addition, one is able to phase in additional BluBox units over time as needed. All offboard equipment and unit operations are available as options for each project. From lift stations to equalization, generators, and waste solids management equipment, all plant assets are controlled by the onboard computer.
