BA-Synbiorex - Environmentally Friendly Cleaning System

The advantage of using BA-Synbiorex® is that it naturally strengthens the existing microflora, which benefits both humans and the environment. Heat transfer is improved by the significantly cleaner surfaces, which minimizes CO2 emissions. Maintenance measures are minimised or can be postponed, since no halogens are introduced due to the sustainable water treatment. This also improves wastewater parameters such as AOX / COD. BA-Synbiorex® itself is classified as non-hazardous to water (nwg) according to AwSV and positively supports your processes with regard to the SDG / ESG / CSRD criteria. Sustainable Cleaning with A Plus Effect
Hardness stabilisation and corrosion protection are important in water conditioning. But are you already using the Plus Effect? Classical additives are based on petroleum-based terpolymers or copolymers, some of which contain high levels of phosphates. As a result, more and more operators are experiencing difficulties with their wastewater values. Our solution is based on biopolymers with a greatly reduced phosphate content. The plus effect is that your system will experience a significantly improved cleaning effect with the use of BA-CorProtect®. In addition, we also dissolve iron hydroxides and sulfates for the first time with BA-CorProtect®, so that the pipe walls regain their smooth surfaces.

Water treatment measures are complex and should not only be adapted to the respective system, but also adapt individually to changes during the course of the year. But how can you effectively determine the necessary dosing quantities and react quickly to changes? Values from the redox measurement are often quoted / used here. But is it really possible to make an exact statement about the biofilm? Thanks to state-of-the-art biofilm/scaling sensor technology, corresponding deposition tendencies can be detected at an early stage and appropriate adjustments can be made promptly. BA-ViZero PRO - Water Treatment

There are many methods on the market, ranging from thermal treatment to water-air or water-gas impulse methods to very costly string renovation. But with many methods, especially in existing buildings, the system is severely affected by the treatment method. This does not have to be the case. To prevent germination, an effective and sustainable treatment is sufficient as long as it also has an effect on the biofilm.
Ultrafiltration

But why?Even our tested drinking water quality still contains minute amounts of microbiological substances (germs/bacteria) in a concentration that is still harmless. To increase the hygiene safety of the entire TWA many times over, we use an ultrafiltration technology specially developed for drinking water systems. In addition to hygiene safety, energy savings of up to 30% and more can be realised by gradually lowering the temperature level. With the help of an optimised and at the same time safe temperature level, the entire TWA is protected, the service life is significantly increased and maintenance costs are minimised. The patented technology inside the plant ensures a high level of plant safety as well as hygiene safety with scientific proof.
