Ship Launching Airbags

Ship Launching Airbags. Also known as inflatable marine airbags, roller bags, air lift bags, and salvage bags. Airbags range in size from 0.8 to 2.5m diameter, with lengths of 5.0m to 24.0m ‘effective length’. Airbags are used for ship launching, haul-outs, loading, and floating. They are widely used in cargo boat launching and landing, lifting and moving sunken ships, and salvaging stranded boats. Air bags have the benefit of not only saving labor and time, but investment costs. Additionally they are flexible, portable, and dependable.

Marine Fenders & Buoys

Pneumatic Ship Fenders

Manufacturing Certification: ISO 17357. ISO 17357:2002 specifies the material, performance and dimensions of high-pressure floating pneumatic rubber fenders, which are intended to be used for the berthing and mooring of a ship to another ship or berthing structure. It also specifies the test and inspection procedures for high-pressure floating pneumatic rubber fenders. ISO 17357:2002 does not address any safety hazards associated with its use. It is the user’s responsibility to establish appropriate safety and health practices and determine the applicability of regulatory limitations before using this standard. For offshore cargo transfer between tankers, berthing, or mooring between vessels, Withstands impact and aggressive environments, Heavy duty construction, Sizes: Dia 300mm~4500mm / Length 1000mm~9000mm

Solid Foam Fenders

MADE IN CALIFORNIA, BUOYS ~ FENDERS ~ DREDGE FLOATS ~ PILINGS ~ PORT SECURITY BARRIERS ~ DONUT FENDERS ~ HARDWARE ~ FENDERS FOR BUNKERING AND DOCK PROTECTION, OCEAN GUARD™ NETLESS FOAM FILLED FENDERS. The Ocean Guard™ Netless Foam-Filled Marine Fender is a unique and innovative fendering system, providing high-energy absorption with a relatively low reaction force. Its heat laminated foam core allows it to reliably and safely absorb large amounts of energy when it is compressed. The closed cell aspect of the energy absorbing foam allows the fender to be fully functional even if the skin has been accidentally punctured. In comparison to equally sized pneumatic fenders Ocean Guard™ Netless Foam-Filled Fenders absorb up to 40% more energy! The energy dissipation of the foam core construction allows for a gentler recover after compression.

Rubber Fenders

Cylindrical Fenders

Cylindrical fenders were the first fender type to be produced with a defined performance. Adequate installation is simply achieved by using chains, bars, ropes or specially designed ladder brackets. Their proportional increase of reaction force and energy absorption all the way to the rated deflection is an advantage resulting in softer berthing. Outside diameter up to 2.700 mm and inside diameter ranging from only 50 to 1.300 mm. Variable in length up to 20m.
