The Blue River Technologies Port-A-Poly Liquid Polymer Makedown System meets the needs of operators that have limited to moderate flocculent requirements. These emulsion polymer makedown systems are low-cost, lightweight, and operate on standard 110VAC power requirements. This system functions in manual mode only and includes an automatic flush cycle at the end of the run cycle.

Our Econo-Dry Mixer system can makedown up to 500 pounds of dry polymer per day. The stainless-steel hopper/feeder will precisely meter the dry polymer into the disperser/eductor on top of the mix tank. A high-velocity water stream wets out the dry polymer to minimize fisheyes and kick-start the mixing process. The flocculant mixing system is high quality, straightforward, and low cost.

The Blue River Technologies flocculator will gently mix a prepared flocculant solution with the sludge to separate the water from the solids, which coagulate into clumps. This process requires a thorough mixing of the chemical with the sludge but without overmixing. The mixer includes a stand to easily move the flocculator closer to the dewatering bag’s location.
