The combination of hopper feeder and magnetic separator offers an extremely versatile and efficient solution for dosing and processing a wide variety of input materials. Our FEED VIBRO module includes a combination of a hopper feeder, levelling roller and a dosing slide, which ensures a reliable and constant supply of material. Thanks to the integrated magnetic drum separator with selectable strength, magnetic particles can be sorted efficiently, enabling the creation of high-purity products. If pure dosing without magnetic separation is desired, the magnetic system can be switched inactive.

Our extremely robust hopper feeder, the FEED HOPPER was specially developed for the dosing of advanced and difficult to dose input materials. Thanks to its low-maintenance and almost wear-free plate conveyor, this hopper feeder is able to handle even abrasive or coarse-grained parts without any problems. With a capacity of 7m³ and an adjustable dosing slide, the layer height can be precisely adjusted to ensure a constant and reliable material supply. This helps minimize downtime and enables continuous production.

This screening machine is primarily used for the precise screening of medium to fine-grain dry, homogeneous bulk materials. By dividing the screen deck into two different screening zones, three fractions can be produced in one processing step. The quick tensioning device allows the use of all common longitudinally tensioned screen linings such as wire mesh screens or perforated sheets. The easy modification and handling, combined with the integrated anti clogging device (sifter balls) and the large screening surface makes this screen a real all-rounder.

With our single-deck linear vibrating screen with four longitudinally stretched screen linings, you always achieve precise and reliable screening results. It is particularly suitable for applications in the medium and fine grain range, where sharp separation cuts and high precision are required. By using four longitudinally tensioned screen linings, the SCREEN BASIC offers a maximum screen area and enables efficient separation of the input material. This leads to high throughput, especially when processing dry material streams. The quick tensioning device allows the use of all common longitudinally tensioned screen linings such as wire mesh screens or perforated sheets. A special feature of this screen is the integrated cleaning function of the screen linings using anti clogging balls. These sifter balls hit the underside of the screen linings and remove effectively clogs or blocked openings. This ensures a continuous flow of material and prevents impairment of the screening results.

Our eddy current separator EDDY ONE with a static magnetic system sets new standards in the field of non-ferrous metal separation. Its advanced technology, low maintenance and ability to achieve the highest purity levels from 0.5mm grain size, make it an optimal solution for various metal streams. Thanks to the special magnetic system, excellent output rates can be achieved in the finest grain sizes for the first time.
