BMF Haase - SLean Gas Treatment Plants

BMF HAASE has different process techniques available for the treatment of low calorific gas (lean gas) (0.03 – 6 kWh / m³ gas). A further development of our proven high temperature flare system (BMF HAASE SGF-Mini) and the recuperative thermal oxidation system (BMF HAASE Vocsibox®). With the BMF HAASE SGF-Mini, gas mixtures with a caloric content of 1.2 kWh / m³ auto-thermally, can be treated thermally in compliance with the specifications of the TA-Luft (Air Quality Control). With the BMF HAASE Vocsibox®, it also possible to thermally treat gas mixtures with a caloric content as from 0.03 kWh / m³ auto-thermally, again in compliance with the specifications of TA-Luft.

Water Treatment

BMF Haase - Reverse Osmosis Systems

The reverse osmosis systems from BMF HAASE are extremely suitable as a purely physical process for the treatment of highly polluted waters. Flexible operation, very high cleaning performance and low operating costs characterize this concentrating water treatment method.

BMF Haase - Industrial Water Treatment Plant

In cooperation with Bürener Maschinenfabrik GmbH, BMF HAASE designs and manufactures water treatment plants for industrial sewage and contaminated industrial water. Particularly in production plants with a high consumption of water, water treatment offers a long-term economic advantage. In addition, the burden on the environment and therewith the ecological footprint is significantly reduced.

Rental Units

VocsiBox - Thermal Gas Utilization System

The rental park of the BMF HAASE includes a large selection of different systems for the thermal gas utilization, also the treatment of low calorific gases with a SGF or a VocsiBox. Due to the different installation techniques, it is possible for us to handle any kind of thermal freight in conformance with the TA-Luft (Air Quality Control). The systems are equipped with up-to-date control technology and data recording so that remote operation is also possible.
